Round 3 of the 2026 WK League kicks off tonight as Incheon Hyundai and Suwon FC go head-to-head at the top of the table and Seoul City look for a first win as they host Sejong Sportstoto. In tomorrow’s matches, Mungyeong Sangmu travel to defending champions Hwacheon KSPO, while Gyeongju KHNP and Gangjin Swans both look to get some points on the board after back-to-back defeats.
Incheon Hyundai Steel Red Angels vs. Suwon FC Women
19:00, Friday 17th November
Incheon Namdong Asiad Rugby Field
Hur Jeongjae’s rejuvenated Red Angels take on the tried and tested veterans of Suwon FC in tonight’s clash at the Incheon Namdong Asiad Rugby Field. As things stand after the first two rounds, both teams are unbeaten, but Incheon are yet to concede a goal, giving them the slightest advantage over Suwon in the league table. It’s probably too early in the season to be talking about title race six-pointers, but it’s no secret that both Incheon and Suwon are aiming for the top this year, so when these two teams meet again later in the year, there could be more on the line. A win tonight could give a psychological edge in addition to the all-important points.
The Red Angels’ squad is slightly depleted, with three players (Kim Minseo, Kang Jiwoo, and Park Hyejeong) away on international duty at the FIFA Series in Brazil. Suwon’s Seo Yejin is also there, but both teams have held on to their key players during this window, making this a showdown between some of South Korea’s top internationals. On the home side, national team keeper and club captain Kim Minjung will be aiming for another clean sheet, ably assisted by defender Ko Yoojin, a league veteran but recent breakout star on the international stage. As for the visitors, their three goal scorers so far this season (Haruhi Suzuki, Choe Yuri, and Kim Hyeri) are all former Red Angels who will all be looking to make an impact again against their old club.

Seoul City Amazones vs. Sejong Sportstoto
19:00, Friday 17th November
Auxiliary field, Seoul World Cup Stadium
After a swashbuckling 2025 season that saw them finish as runners-up, the Amazones are yet to win in 2026, although Han Chaerin did at least manage to score a late consolation goal in their opener against Suwon. Both sides are missing a couple of players due to the FIFA Series — City fans in particular could be forgiven a little nervousness tonight as they are left with no goalkeepers on the bench and a Kim Minji-shaped hole in the midfield. Still, if you have to have only one keeper in the squad, you could do far worse than the WK League’s most experienced player, Kim Jungmi.
Meanwhile Sejong head into this match off the back of a win on the road against Gyeongju KHNP, which saw them come from behind to win 2-1, Oh Yeonhee scoring the equaliser directly from a corner and Ko Minjeong taking advantage of a goalkeeping error to seal the win. The result will boost Sportstoto’s confidence heading into this match, although the side will need to concentrate and avoid defensive mistakes against a Seoul side that will be ready to pounce, especially with reliable first-choice keeper Ryu Jisu absent.
Both matches will be broadcast live via The KWFF on YouTube.
