Tickets for AWCL semi-finals on sale this afternoon

Tickets go on sale this afternoon for the 2025-26 AWCL semi-finals, to be held next week at Suwon Sports Complex. Melbourne City, Tokyo Verdy Beleza, Naegohyang WFC, and the WK League’s very own Suwon FC are vying to progress to the final.

Tickets for Suwon FC’s AWCL semi-final clash with North Korean side Naegohyang WFC go on sale at 14:00 KST today (12th May). Tickets for the other semi-final, between Melbourne City and Tokyo Verdy Beleza, will also be made available at the same time. Both matches are set to take place at Suwon Sports Complex next Wednesday, 20th May, with Melbourne v Tokyo kicking off at 14:00, and the highly anticipated inter-Korean clash scheduled for 19:00.

According to information published yesterday evening via Suwon FC’s social media, tickets will be sold via NOL Ticket (Interpark). Tickets cost ₩10,000 each for adults, ₩5000 for youths (middle and high school students), and ₩3000 for children (pre-school and elementary school students). There is a ₩1000 booking fee, with a 50% discount available for large group bookings of 30 people or more. Those planning to watch both semi-finals will need to purchase separate tickets for the two matches.

In a slightly bizarre quirk of the draw, Suwon FC are the ‘away’ team for their semi-final, even though it is taking place at Castle Park, their regular home stadium. Those planning to cheer for the 2024 WK League champions as they make a bid for continental glory should purchase tickets in the away end in the ‘South Zone’, which will be familiar to anyone who has attended Suwon FC men’s matches as an away supporter. Tickets are also available in the ‘East Zone’. Supporters of the ‘home’ sides (Melbourne City and Naegohyang WFC in semi-final 1 and 2 respectively) should purchase tickets in this area. Given its vastly superior view of the pitch compared to the away end, it is reasonable to expect that many neutrals will also choose to sit in this area. The stand is on the opposite side of Castle Park to the main stand, where all spectators usually sit for WK League matches.

Tickets for the AWCL final on Saturday 23rd May, also at Suwon Sports Complex, will be available from 10:00 on Thursday 21st May, once the finalists are confirmed.
